Our first-ever annual conference is in recognition of Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
The proposal submission period has ended.
Recognized in July, Minority Mental Health Awareness Month was founded in 2008 to bring awareness to the unique struggles that underrepresented groups face in regard to mental illness in the United States.

The NAMI Mississippi Minority Mental Health Conference will be held online. Sessions are at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. each day.
Discounts for active NAMI members and limited scholarships for NAMI peers (individuals with a mental health condition) are available by calling 601-899-9058.
Sponsor opportunities available through July 21, 2020 for:
$100 (Basic option) – Sponsor highlight during a session.
$200 (Premium option) – Sponsor highlight of a video spot (up to 30 seconds) during a session.
Both include website and social media promotions.
CEs from the Mississippi Department of Mental Health applied for. Sessions will be recorded and available for a limited time. Evaluations forms are required to be submitted to receive CEs. Forms can be downloaded as a Word document or editable PDF. CE objectives will be available as presenter topics are confirmed.
